OnPAR Health began in early 2013 in a humble, cold garage, fuelled by the dedication of clients eager to improve their health and feel their best. Since then, we’ve grown into a thriving health and fitness community with over 120 active clients. We aimed to establish a gym that places health and overall wellbeing at the core of our mission. Our goal is to be an elite hub for all things health and fitness, offering services ranging from personal training and group fitness classes to healthy meal preparation and holistic sports therapies. Our community-focused approach has always distinguished us from others. We pride ourselves on providing a friendly and non-intimidating gym atmosphere.
